Mary Burch from Red House Salsa started making salsa as gifts for family and friends, and in 2016 with lots of encouragement from friends and family she decided to try to sell salsa at her local Christmas market. Fast forward to now, today she makes salsa at a commercial facility in Leduc and continues to grow her business across Alberta.
