Biography

Margaret founded nudemarkt Natural Peanut Butter in 2018 out of a desire to provide fresh and healthy foods to support her young family while also considering the positive environmental impact of consuming more plant-based foods. One could respond and say that you don’t need to start a business to feed your kids well, however, Margaret seems to have an innate need to share and scale her favorite things. Even before investing in her commercial nut grinder and officially taking the dive into consumer-packaged goods with nudemarkt, Margaret was already preparing large batches of kombucha and bone broth with regular pickups from family and friends. Margaret believes in the importance of eating wholesome and sustainable foods, and that it is the role of businesses to support sustainable efforts towards a more circular economy by making sustainable alternatives more accessible to consumers.
