Biography
Kiren Singh is a corporate director, audit committee chair and executive with a 30+ year distinguished career in the domestic and international energy sector.
She is the Co-founder and CEO of Haskalife, a health and wellness functional food company, and has held senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President Risk Management and Treasurer representing publicly traded and privately held corporations in North and South America and Asia Pacific.
Kiren serves on the board of trustees for the Alberta Cancer Foundation and the board of directors for Computer Modelling Group (CMG:TSX); Pieridae Energy (PEA:TSX) (Chair, Audit Committee); Travel Alberta (Chair, Audit, Finance and Risk Committee); and previously served on the board of directors of Agriculture Financial Services Corp (AFSC) (Chair, Audit, Finance and Risk Committee) and, Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems (Chair Audit and Risk committee)
Kiren graduated from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business with a B.Comm (Finance) and MBA (Finance & Risk Management), is a CFA charterholder, completed the Directors Education Program and received the ICD.D designation.
