Biography

Gurdip Virk is an Inspection Advisor at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) in the Lethbridge District Office. With 17 years of dedicated service, while working on meat, eggs, dairy, processed products, honey, and Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, she deeply understands food safety and CFIA-enforced acts and regulations. Her extensive experience in various roles within the CFIA has endowed her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Gurdip holds a master’s degree in agriculture and has many interests. She is an avid reader who finds solace in books and cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially her children.
